House Payment Application - ver. 1.3

When looking at houses, it is nice to have an idea of what the house payment will be. With the House Pay Application, you simply enter the sale price of the house, the amount of money you plan for your down payment, the length of the loan, the interest rate, property taxes, and home owner’s insurance.

The application will calculate PMI (private mortgage insurance) if your down payment is less than 20%. Please note that banks and mortgage companies have different rates for PMI. I have included this feature to help you have a better idea of what your payment will be. The percentage I used for PMI based on talking to my local banker. Always consult your loan officer to find out the amount of PMI that will be charged.

Once your data is entered, tap the calculate button, and you will have your monthly payment. No graphics to take up memory, just simple data entry and a quick calculation.

On Sale Application - ver. 1.4

Have you ever been in a store and picked out an item that was marked 25% off and you also had a coupon for an additional 15% off? You may have been asking how much is the item really going to cost me. With the On Sale application, you can simply type in the original price and the first and second discount percents. Tap the calculate button and you will instantly know the final price and how much you saved.

No graphics to take up memory, just simple data entry and a quick calculation. On Sale will also allow you to find the sale price when only one discount is available. Just put 0 in for the second discount and away you go.

Rent 2 Own - Ver. 1.0

Rent 2 Own is an application that allows the user to calculate rental payments and 90 days same as cash. Rental payments are calculated on daily, weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payment prices. Just enter the weekly rental rate for the item, sales tax & liability damage waiver (percent), and benefits (fixed fee per week) amounts. Press the Calculate button and your payment options are displayed.

The user is also able to figure the 90 days same as cash price. Enter the price and sales tax amounts. Press the Calculate button and the application will calculate the monthly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payments.

Sales Tax Application - ver. 1.6

Ever wonder what your total due will be when shopping? Sales Tax is a simple application that lets you calculate the sales tax on your purchases. As you shop, enter the price of each item and press Add Sale. Select the sales tax percent on the wheels and then press Calculate when you are ready to see the sales tax and amount due.

No graphics to take up memory, just simple data entry and a quick calculation. I have included one web address below that will allow you to find the sales tax rate for your area.

Tithe Application - ver. 1.3.1

Tithe is a simple application to help you calculate the amount to tithe each week to your church. Simply enter the amount of earnings and the number of weeks to earn the amount and the Tithe application will calculate how much to tithe (10%) each week. No graphics to take up memory, just simple data entry and a quick calculation.
